Eco Harmony Documentary Filming

The Dallas String Quartet was recently featured in a documentary, “Eco-Harmony,” produced by Twist & Shout Communications of London for Alcatel-Lucent, Paris. The film correlates the way individual musicians must perform together to the way individual businesses must work together to make a difference in the environment.

The film follows each member of the quartet as they prepare to perform a concert. It highlights ways in which our day-to-day choices can impact the environment, looking at transportation, smart buildings, energy, and healthcare. The documentary concludes with the performance in downtown dallas of a piece specially commissioned for this project Footage of the documentary will be available on our website in the upcoming month.
